The app is from Smugmug, an internet photo hosting site. This app looks like it was designed for photographers (or consulted with professional photographers - yah!) because it has a lot features photographers can use. Quite a number of advance features to "customize" the images, and includes a preview of presets / filters / frames before purchasing the modules. This is a well thought out app which might be a little complicated for a novice user. The images below were all created with the free module included with the app. I will look into the purchasable modules in the near future (Nov 1 2012).
